1. Data controller

The data controller is Gene Lovac d.o.o., Stanari bb, 74208 Stanari, Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Contact: genelovacdoo@gmail.com, telephone +387 66 182 641.

Processing is primarily governed by the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Official Gazette of BiH” No. 12/25), applicable from 4 October 2025. Where a particular processing activity falls within its territorial scope, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) also applies.

2. Data we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, message and other details needed to respond and arrange the service. The server may also record IP address, device and browser information, visited pages and technical security data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use data to answer enquiries, prepare offers, organise hunting, accommodation, documentation and support, protect the website against misuse and meet legal obligations. Processing is based on consent, requested pre-contractual steps, performance of services and our legitimate security interests.

4. Contact using the details provided

The form includes a required checkbox through which you agree that Gene Lovac may contact you by telephone, email or other contact details you supplied. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.

5. Cookies and analytics

The website uses necessary technical cookies. Analytics and third-party cookies are used only after consent where required. You may accept all cookies, reject optional cookies or change your selection through the cookie settings panel.

6. External services

The website may use hosting, email, Google Site Kit/Analytics, Jetpack and security services. Clicking a WhatsApp or Viber button opens an external service governed by its own privacy policy. Data is shared only to the extent necessary for the relevant service.

7. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina or the European Economic Area. Where applicable, we use available safeguards under the relevant law and limit the data transferred.

8. Retention

Enquiries and correspondence are retained for as long as needed to respond and organise the service and, as a rule, no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless legal, accounting or rights-protection requirements justify longer retention.

9. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, email genelovacdoo@gmail.com.

10. Security and children

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Hunting services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s data without a valid legal basis.

11. Changes

This policy may be updated when services, providers or legal requirements change. The latest revision date is shown at the top of the page.
